Since our wedding and all the hectic past us by we are enjoying our Honeymoon in Bali to the fullest.

I can now tell you that a girl really wants her wedding to be at it best and I really realize that I am a perfectionist. I always thought that I wouldn’t care about the small things because most of the times your guest won’t even see it. Anyway Now I have more time to blog I want to tell you about one of my recent findings J

Just one month ago I discovered Oil Pulling because I wanted to clean my teeth on a natural way.

And since I am a fan of coconut water I wanted to try Coco Clean. The taste of it is so soft that I enjoy every second of it every time I use it.

I Rinse my teeth every day with it and it feels extra good because it is an organic product and besides cleaning your teeth it also seems to whiten it. The only thing you have to get used to is that you will have to keep it in your mouth for about 15 until 20 minutes, so don’t push it too hard, otherwise it will hurt your mouth.

Cleaning your teeth with coconut is called oil pulling because it is a term which is used for thousands of years for sure. It all began as an Indian tradition where Coconut Oil was used to reduce caries in the mouth.

Coco Clean comes in three tastes; one with Lemon, one with Extra Coco and for the mint lovers one with Mint. You can see and order it here  at Coco Clean
